 HR is a neighborhood of "over 1,000 homes."  in Las Cruces, New Mexico.

The High Range Neighborhood Association was formed in 1988 to  help assure that High Range remains a beautiful, safe and  friendly  place to live. We are your voice in communicating with the City of  Las Cruces. Our strength is in our membership. If you are  interested  in maintaining your property values, in neighborhood safety, and in  keeping High Range a special place to live, we encourage you to  become a member

2010 Memberships are now overdue!

If you  haven't renewed your HRNA membership for 2010, we ask that you do so. Membership is per family and costs $25 for the year. If you are a resident of High Range, we need your membership support as we work to help preserve home values, and the beauty and safety of  High Range.
